Since 2019, Hopper Coffee has quietly established itself as a part of Southwest London’s character.
Beginning with a single, thoughtfully designed space in Clapham, where exceptional coffee meets genuine conversation. From these considered beginnings, we’ve grown into six distinctive, independentaly spirited locations, spanning the understated charm of the Southwest to the energy of Holborn’s pulsating streets. Each Hopper location has its own rhythm, shaped by the people who make it part of their day.
Luca
& Oliya
Luca, a spirited 17-year-old, arrived in London fuelled by dreams and a deep love for coffee.
Starting as a barista, he dove headfirst into the city’s vibrant coffee culture, channelling his infectious energy and creativity into founding Hopper Coffee in 2019. The mischievous spider monkey logo, reflecting Luca’s lively, playful spirit, captures the essence of Hopper’s identity.
In 2024, Oliya joined as co-founder, bringing 15 years of hospitality expertise and a calm, grounded strength that perfectly complements Luca’s exuberance. Her meticulous attention to operational detail, strategic foresight, and innate ability to foster an inclusive environment elevates Hopper to greater heights.

Our exclusive house blend, crafted with trusted growers, has captured hearts across Southwest London and hopefully beyond. Grown with care, roasted with purpose, and poured to foster community, our coffee brings people together, one cup at a time.
